(have you ever heard of a used car establishment doing this!). The truck was fantastic and they fixed the 2 items and I bought the truck. "We are truly impressed with Eckert Auto. We were in quarantine and in need of a vehicle. Online, I found Eckert and made contact. We found a vehicle and talked with a Tina. Very professional, forthcoming and accurate. The vehicle is exactly as advertised and actually better. Eckert handled the MOT registration and paid for new plates and certification. It passed everything, but Eckert didn’t like the 50 % wear on the tires and replaced with new. They didn’t like the 20,000 km wear estimate on the brakes and replaced with new rotors and pads. All new fluids including oil change and a full tank of gas. They arranged appropriate financing with 6 months free to start, then delivered the vehicle to our door. Pretty amazing service and you can be assured you will get the same. Very impressed and please to recommend this dealership. Thank you."

"Purchased a vehicle in November 2016. It was a pleasure to deal with Tina. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I decided to wait and write a review after I had the vehicle for some time. First and foremost, at first, it was said the tires that were currently on the vehicle were in good shape, which in turn, they were not and Tina quickly advised that they would be purchasing brand new tires for me. Greatly appreciated, great customer service. My only issue that I've just now noticed is that I had asked if the vehicle I was purchasing was rust proofed, which I was told it did not look like it was. I asked if underneath the car had any rust to which I was told underneath the vehicle was black and no rust was noted. I have had my car taken to the mechanic for oil changes and upon it being lifted up, sure enough, there is rust all underneath the vehicle. Maybe this is something I should have looked into myself, but did not as I am not mechanically inclined and would have no way of checking the underneath myself. As much as I would love to recommend buying a vehicle from Eckert's, I would advise that maybe having the vehicle checked over by your own mechanic within the 30 days or 1000km warranty they provide to give you piece of mind. I take full responsibility for not doing my due diligence as I was in a crunch, but I would suggest anyone purchasing a used car (whether it be Eckert's or somewhere else) to do your homework and get it checked. Overall, good customer service!"

"I purchased my 2014 Ford Mustang and I love the car.  I had a minor pinion seal leak at the differential and at the time I called Tina.  They warranty all their vehicles for 30 days or 1000 km.   I was advised to bring the vehicle into their dealership and they would make the repair.  I live in London which makes this a problem since I wasn't local to Barrie.  An arrangement was made to have it fixed in London and they were going to help me out with the cost of the repair (which they didn't have to do).  As it turned out, the powertrain was still under warranty with Ford and will be fixed at no cost.  I would recommend Eckert Auto Sales without hesitation.  "

"This is an update to my recent purchase of an 08 Saturn Astra, after I got the car I drove it for a about two weeks, and first of all it's an awesome car, it's clear that they only sell cars in great condition, I've really never seen a 7 year old car that looks 2 years old, With such a good sticker price. Anyways, I called them with a few minor issues that I wanted to have them look at, and due to a few mistakes on my part missing scheduled appointments I went a little over the warranty km's, needless to say I was a little concerned but they said no worries we want to look at it. It really showed that they care about what their selling and more importantly that whoever buys it is happy. Well after they fixed it all up, ( like I said minor issues) the repairs were better than I expected, and my car came back to me cleaner than I brought it to them. I'm very happy to have walked into Eckerts, I don't care what year my car is, it drives brand new to me, and what is also important when you buy a used car is the service after you leave the lot, some dealers would forget about you, but Eckerts did not, I felt like I bought a Ferrari from them, but it's just the way treat all their customers. If your looking for a great car at a great price, maybe a Xmas gift for yourself or someone, you won't regret going to Eckerts, I've bought many used cars in my life and have never returned to a single dealer, I will return to Eckerts. "I purchased a certified vehicle from another Barrie used auto location in April of 2012. I had nothing but headaches with the car and the dealership. Within 9 months, I replaced the brakes, a couple of clamps on the rad and at my first oil change, was told my differential oil was "mucky" and in desperate need of changing. Nice work by the mechanic and the dealer to milk me for money I don't have. Anyway, one evening I sat down on my laptop and started looking for and researching vehicles. I came across the Eckert Auto Sales website. I saw a vehicle that I was interested in and made an inquiry via email. Tina responded to that email within an hour, probably a half hour. My inquiry and Tina's response took place after they were already closed for the day. She did all the work necessary and got me approved for that vehicle the next day even with my credit history. Tina and Will went above and beyond for me after hearing the trouble I'd had at the other dealer the year before. I am very pleased with the service, the vehicles, and the care that I received while dealing with Eckert's. If you need a quality used vehicle for a really good price, I recommend Eckert's. "I heard that Eckerts was now doing sevice work besides selling cars - so I brought my 2008 Dodge Charger to them to have it serviced. They did an oil change made some adjustments and now it it purring like a kitten again. I also needed new tires, and because of my trust in Eckerts I asked them for a referal. Tina and Will gave me the name of a reputable place; The Tire Depot. I went and got the new tires.

I will continue going to Eckert's with both my vehicles for all my service work in the future.

"Definately buy your vehicle from Eckert's. I bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty this summer(2012)and was completely satisfied from start to finish with the 'no pressure sales technique' and vehicle itself.

Tina helped us choose a vehicle that was appropriate to our lifestyle and circumstance. My husband who has pancreatic cancer and limited mobility LOVES the features of the Jeep Liberty. There are two handles to help get in and hold onto while in the passanger seat. The interior door handle is a raised plastic bubble shape which keeps his chemo/delicate skin and fingers safe. The back trunk area allows him to put his groceries straight into the back eliminating the lift in/out that a standard car demand. The back space is large enough for his wheelchair or the many bags of luggage that are required for all of us when he is hospitalized in Toronto. All these items are easily stored and removed because we do not have to bend down to take them in or out of a standard trunk.

The is alot of leg room and the seat base is straight so it does not cut into the back of his legs. The hood has and automatic lift ensuring it does not slam down on us when adding windsheild wiper fluid.

I particularly like the short dash as it allows me to position my GPS more effectively. Best of all, the Jeep is a 4 wheel drive which has been very helpful on those winter trips down the 400 to Toronto and our 17 year old daughter who is a new driver.

The whole experience of buy this vehicle was easy. Thank you Tina for listening to our needs then showing us the Jeep. Thank you Will for answering all our car care questions and being willing to help.

Hello my name is Gary Morris, and i would like to say that the staff @ Eckert auto Rock!!!! We started to look for a vehicle late July 09 here in Orillia,we went all over to the dealers and car lots here in our town .I had dealers tell me not to worry we will take care of you,s, some told me to leave a number and they would find me the S.UV. i was looking for. I felt like i was being shoooed away. never the less i went on my merry way thinking i was going to hear from anyone of the dealers and car lots we went to. not to mention that we had no car to look for one either. it was hard! We even told many of the dealers that we visited that we had no wheels and this was the reason we were asking for there help on finding us a set of wheels. like i said they all took my number and address.well we waited and waited and you know ,waited somemore. nothing even to this day almost 2 months later still nothing, The dealers and car lots in Orillia need to (PULL UP) Sick of waiting for a response from dealers here in orillia i jump on the internet typed used cars in the search engine and bam!! ECKERT AUTO came up . I used there easy web page found a very beautiful 1999 Ford Explorer that caught my eye,viewed the photos of the vehicle (inside and out) looked great, so i called.
